Ms. Tokiwa T. Smith is an Author, Consultant, Nonprofit Executive and Speaker; having over 19 years’ experience in academia, government, and philanthropy. Ms. Smith is the Principal of Tokiwa T. Smith Consulting a boutique consulting firm that serves clients in academia/education, corporate, government, and nonprofit/philanthropy. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of  Science, Engineering and Mathematics Link Inc., also known as SEM Link, a STEM Educational nonprofit organization and  the Founder of the Sista Nonprofit Network, an online community for Black women in nonprofit and philanthropy. A leader in STEM Education and Philanthropy, Ms. Smith has been honored by her peers and the community receiving several awards and honors. Her work has been featured in media outlets, she sits on several advisory boards and is a member of civic organizations.

Ms. Smith can serve as a keynote speaker or conduct workshops on this topic for audiences that are one or more of the partner groups in this continuum.
