Keynote Speaker


Ms. Smith is a keynote speaker whose speaking topics are based on her educational theory The Continuum of STEM Learning™ which teaches the partners in this continuum (home, community and school) how to ensure K-12 students academic achievement and prepare them for post-graduation opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.  

Ms. Smith can serve as a keynote speaker for conferences and/or conduct workshops for organizations on this topic for audiences that consist of one or more of the partner groups in this continuum.

Ms. Smith’s expertise is in STEM Education, Equity in Education, Black Women Nonprofit Founders/Leaders and Systemic Racism in Nonprofit and Philanthropy; she can speak on these topics for media appearances or as a panel moderator or panelist.

The Continuum of STEM Learning ™

An environment where children are constantly learning because there are Science, Technology, Engineering  and Mathematics (STEM) educational experiences that take place at school, at home and in the community.  There is no one “designated” place for STEM learning; instead, children are constantly engaged in STEM  learning experiences both inside and outside of the classroom.
