The Sista Nonprofit Network (SNN) is a program of Tokiwa T. Smith Consulting, which supports Black women working in the social impact sector (nonprofit and philanthropy). It is an online community that offers a professional safe space for connection, learning, and leadership development. Established in 2021, this is an online community created by Black women in the social impact sector for Black women in the social impact sector. SNN includes Black women in a diversity of roles, at various stages in their careers from early career to senior level, at social impact and social investment organizations. The network has over 350 members that live and work in over 66 different cities in the United States and other countries. Network members stay connected via email, a private LinkedIn group, and virtual events.

At SNN, we believe that investing in Black women who work in the social impact sector is essential to the work of this sector, which alters the trajectories of lives.
